Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please note that we do not offer free returns, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned with all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
• The product shows only normal handling; damages caused by careless use are excluded.
• Items requiring hygiene precautions must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
• The item is deemed defective upon delivery.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are satisfied, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.

Important: We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

How to Return an Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Include the following details in your email:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Photo of the item (if damaged)
   • Full name and address

Once we review your request, we will provide the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the original sender—wait for our confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

• The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you or a third party (not the carrier) received the item(s).
• As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately upon placement. If your items are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until the items are delivered.

To cancel, email us with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned goods.

Goods in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. If your order is already on its way, we recommend waiting until it is delivered and then proceeding with a return. For faster returns, please email us with a shipping confirmation.

Refunds

If your return or cancellation is approved, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping fees (unless an alternative delivery method was selected). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
